Hello! I just finished my marketing studies, and I'm now a webmaster. Apart from that, I'm also passionate about graphic arts. I spent a lot of time practicing my techniques using a tracing light pad. Tracing is a great way for beginner artists to improve their drawing skills. Now I like to draw my sketches using a drawing light box, then I colorize my artwork with colored pencils. I like drawing and tracing using watercolor paper. I mostly draw portraits and landscapes. And at the moment, I am learning charcoal drawing. To learn to use charcoal, it is necessary to carry out tests by pressing it more or less on a thin sheet of paper. Once mastered, charcoal drawing is a great way to create shadow and fading effects by smearing or effleurage. And a light box is a great tool to achieve that, by providing the perfect lighting required to apply successive layers of shades of gray, from the lightest to the darkest. It is a delicate technique but accessible to all drawing enthusiasts.
